Making A Purchase
To make a purchase, browse or search the online catalogue to find item(s) you wish to buy, choose size/colour and click on "Add to Basket" to add to order. At confirmation page increase quantity if required then click "Confirm" to return to the catalogue or go straight to check out. Repeat for each item you wish to order. When you have completed your purchases click "Checkout now" to go to the order form where you will be asked for your details and payment method. Use one of the following options to send us your order: 1. Send your completed order and credit card details through our secure 128-bit encrypted server. 2. Print the completed order and mail to: Dancewear of Fareham, 3A High Street, Fareham, Hampshire, UK PO16 7AN 3.Print a blank order form & fill and send as above or telephone your order to +44 (0)1329 829393 For orders placed outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling
All items are sent by standard First Class mail in the UK. Postage and packaging is £4.00. For overseas orders add £2.00 to this charge. Guaranteed next working day delivery (on items in stock) is available in the UK at cost of £8.00. Outside of the European Union the purchaser is responsible for any import duty or taxes that need to be paid on the goods in the country of delivery. If paying by debit or credit card goods are normally despatched within 24 working hours (subject to availability of product). If paying by cheque, please allow seven days for cheque clearance.

Delivery Schedule
ToDance will aim to process your order the same day. Orders are normally despatched and should be received within 5 business days (Mon - Fri). International orders are generally received in under 7 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date. You then have the option of cancelling the order if you prefer not to wait.

Back Orders
Items not in stock are notified to you and you are given the option of cancelling your order or putting the items on back order. We will always provide an expected delivery date for back orders.

Tax Charges
For applicable products and orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, DELTA, MASTERCARD). In the interest of security, our site uses 128-bit encryption and your details are only resolved when they reach the store. Your information is held securley at ToDance until your order is ready to ship. We also accept orders by post or telephone.

Guarantee
If you wish to return goods for exchange you must do so within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn, and protected by the original wrapping. The cost of the return is borne by the person returning the goods. When returning goods for exchange, please include £1.50 to cover administration and return postage. Goods remain the responsibility of the person returning them until safely received at ToDance. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid goods. Exchanges have the same priority as orders.
